At the western end of Lake Geneva, between the Alps and the Jura, Geneva is also the ideal starting point for exploring other fascinating historical sites and natural attractions. By bus, train, or car, in Switzerland or neighboring France, they are sometimes less than an hour from Geneva and can be visited in half a day or a full day. The choice is yours!
